Настоящая политика конфиденциальности применяется к приложению «Что смотрим?» (далее — «Приложение») для мобильных устройств, созданному Андреем Шамариным (далее — «Поставщик услуги») как проект с открытым исходным кодом. Приложение предоставляется на условиях «КАК ЕСТЬ».

Приложение не собирает никаких данных при установке и использовании. Регистрация не требуется для его использования.

Приложение не собирает точные данные о местоположении вашего устройства.

Поскольку Приложение не собирает никакой информации, никакие данные не передаются третьим лицам.

Вы можете полностью прекратить использование Приложения, удалив его. Для этого используйте стандартную процедуру удаления на вашем устройстве или в магазине приложений.

Приложение не предназначено для сбора информации у детей младше 13 лет и не занимается маркетингом среди них.

Поставщик услуги осознанно не собирает персональные данные у детей. Он рекомендует детям не отправлять никаких персональных данных через Приложение и/или связанные сервисы. Родителям и законным представителям рекомендуется контролировать активность своих детей в Интернете и помогать соблюдать данную Политику, разъясняя им, чтобы они не передавали персональные данные без разрешения. Если у вас есть основания полагать, что ребёнок предоставил персональные данные через Приложение, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с Поставщиком услуги по адресу Andreisham123@gmail.com, чтобы можно было принять необходимые меры. This privacy policy applies to the Что смотрим? app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Andrey Shamarin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Open Source service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.
